  • Boot Reimbursement - Partial reimbursement for safety boots required on projects.
  • Volunteer/Community Service Leave - Summit provides all full-time employees eight hours of paid volunteer/community involvement leave each year.  

  • Service Awards - We have a service award program in place to recognize employees who hit certain milestones with us.  Service awards are given when you hit the following anniversary with us:  1 year, 3 years, 5 years and each 5 year anniversary after that.
