We provided civil engineering services for the new Oxford Preparatory School Facility in Granville County, N.C. The school originally began with 68 students and has operated using modular buildings that have expanded each year with increased enrollment. Due to the increase, the construction of a 38,000-square foot building was necessary. It contains 20 classrooms that include three science labs, music room, and gymnasium with a 440-person seating capacity. Summit provided special use permitting, construction drawings, erosion control permitting, off-site sanitary sewer outfall and off-site roadway improvements.
