We continue to monitor the situation with Covid-19 and have changed our working policies and procedures to keep our clients and team members safe and healthy. We have a very dynamic workforce and are fortunate to have strong resources that support us working from home, in the field or an office as necessary. We have implemented a Workforce Safety Plan for all Summit employees and subconsultants working on Summit managed projects. This plan includes following guidelines established by the CDC and NCDHHS. It also includes guidelines for personal hygiene, cleaning and disinfecting, decreased face to face communication, employee wellness, isolation and self-quarantine. We are getting supplies to support our employees and continue to seek ways to make cleaning materials, hand sanitizer, gloves and masks available to our team. In addition to the Summit Safety Plan we have moved the majority of our office workforce to successfully work from home and are using Zoom and Teams to host meetings.
